SOT Incinerators are designed with most practical approach looking at Indian conditions. As there is an acute shortage for Dumping Grounds it has become necessary to dispose off the wastes by Incinerating.

SOT Incinerators are capable of Incinerating all type of Wastes; be it biomedical, solid, liquid or gas or even chemical waste. We also recommend & offer pollution control equipments as part of Incineration system.

SOT Incinerators are fully automatic in operation backed with SOT Burners, covers less space and the complete Incineration process is smokeless due to multi chamber design. The waste material is incinerated by a Main SOT Burner in the Primary chamber under controlled combustion conditions. The gases thus generated alongwith volatile materials are completely burned in te secondary chamber through SOT After Fire Burner.

The complete incineration process takes place at round 900 degree C in primary chamber & 1100 degree C in secondary chamber. Various safeties are added up depending upon requirements to ensure a fool proof system. SOT Incinerators are normally available in ranges from 30 kg/hr to 300 kg/hr of different type of wastes, backed by SOT Gas & Oil Fired Burners of highest combustion efficiency.

Various Heat Recovery systems are also offered to salvage the heat being wasted through chimney.
